Fees reflect scope, data readiness, and whether work is on-site. Figures below are starting points in Thai baht; complex multi-brand reviews are quoted after a short scope call.

How quotes are set
We ask for a brief description of your subscription model, how many active plans you run, and whether extracts can leave your systems. If personal data must stay inside your walls, we work from aggregated tables you prepare — that can extend timelines but does not automatically raise the fee.
What is not billed as a subscription
These are professional service fees for defined engagements. There is no monthly software licence, seat count, or annual plan toggle on this site. Recurring work exists only as the Quarterly Retention Briefing, billed per quarter under a written agreement.
Deposits
Engagements above 40,000 THB typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the start window. The balance is due on delivery of the final report or workshop summary. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
