These terms govern access to visiontempobase.click and professional engagements with Visiontempobase Co., Ltd. (“Visiontempobase”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or commissioning work, you agree to these terms. Governing law is the law of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand unless a written engagement letter specifies otherwise.

Acceptance

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site or request an engagement. Separate statements of work may add commercial terms; where they conflict on fees or deliverables, the signed statement of work prevails for that engagement.

Services described

Pages describing diagnostics, reviews, workshops, and briefings are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing and any required deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Website content, visual design, and our templates remain our property. Final client reports and workshop summaries delivered under an engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use. You may not resell our materials or present them as your own methodology without written consent.

Client materials

You retain rights to data and documents you provide. You warrant that you have authority to share them and that doing so does not violate privacy or confidentiality obligations to your customers.

Liability

Retention analysis supports managerial judgement; it does not guarantee commercial outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Visiontempobase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made after an engagement. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and descriptions current but may update them without prior notice. Typographical errors may be corrected.
