What we collect

From contact forms and email we may collect your name, email address, organisation, engagement interest, and message content. During engagements we may receive operational data you supply about your subscribers; we prefer anonymised or aggregated extracts and will document any unavoidable personal data in the statement of work.

Purpose

We use inquiry data to respond to requests, prepare estimates, and deliver contracted work. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement working files follow the retention period stated in the statement of work, typically 12–36 months after closure, then deletion or return.

Your rights
