Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to professional engagements offered by Visiontempobase Co., Ltd., including Retention Diagnostic Engagements, Cohort Pattern Reviews, Churn Narrative Workshops, and Quarterly Retention Briefings.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Visiontempobase for an engagement that is cancelled or reduced under the conditions below. Informational website browsing does not involve payment.

Timeframe

Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to info@visiontempobase.click. The notice date is the date we confirm receipt during Thai business hours.

Full refund

If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed start date, and no substantive data review has begun, deposits are refunded in full within 14 business days.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, or after kickoff but before the workshop or final delivery, we refund fees minus work already performed and a 15% administrative portion of the deposit. Time already spent on extracts and drafts is itemised.

Non-refundable items

Completed workshops, delivered final reports, and completed quarterly briefing packs are non-refundable. Pre-booked travel booked with your written approval is non-refundable once purchased.

Work already started

Once data review or workshop preparation has started, fees reflect progress completed. You remain entitled to materials produced up to the cancellation point.

Deposits

Deposits reserve analyst time. They are credited toward the final invoice. Unused deposit balance after an eligible cancellation is returned under the rules above.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 7 days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a 5,000 THB calendar fee or travel rebooking costs.

No-shows

If key participants miss a scheduled workshop without 24 hours’ notice, the workshop fee is charged and a new date is quoted separately.

Process & method

Email refund requests with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are deducted where unavoidable.

Quarterly briefings

Quarterly agreements may be ended after the minimum two-quarter commitment with 30 days’ written notice before the next quarter begins. Fees for quarters already delivered are not refunded.
